Key Responsibilities:

Control entry and exit of vehicles in the parking garage
Perform minor repairs and maintenance to automated parking devices
Interact with the public, providing assistance and information as needed
Conduct daily cleaning of garage decks and special cleaning projects
Perform security walks of the facility

Qualifications:

Punctual and reliable
Computer literate
Strong customer service skills
Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally
Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in English for form and report completion
