Civitas Learning is looking for a highly professional and confident individual to join our Customer Support team. As a PeopleSoft Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical expert bridging the gap between our software and our customers' PeopleSoft ecosystems. Your focus will be on ensuring the seamless interoperability and data flow between platforms, diagnosing complex connectivity issues within PeopleSoft HCM and Campus Solutions environments to support our software's success.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the lead technical point of contact to resolve synchronization and connectivity issues between our software and PeopleSoft.
- →Analyze customer-specific PeopleSoft components, such as Integration Broker, PeopleCode, and Application Engine, to troubleshoot why data is not transferring correctly to our platform.
- 4+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience.
- Proven experience working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules in addition to HCM or Financials.
- Experience working in Agile environments and utilizing tools like Jira for task management.
- Proficiency with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid UI and integrating PeopleSoft with third-party systems via APIs.
Technical Skills:
- PeopleSoft Development: PeopleCode, Application Designer, SQR, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Component Interfaces.
- Functional Knowledge: Familiarity with Campus Solutions (CS), HCM, or FSCM business processes.
- Databases: Oracle databases and SQL script optimization.
- PeopleSoft Maintenance: PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and Change Assistant.

*Please note that this position is structured to begin on a Part-Time basis. Our goal is to transition this into a Full-Time role (40 hours per week) upon the successful completion of initial projects. We are looking for a candidate with the immediate capacity and long-term desire to grow into a full-time role.
Part-time hours paid at a pro-rata rate of the full-time base. Upon successful transition, the salary will move to the full-time range of 50.000 - 60.000 per year.
