We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Consultant to join our team in Georgia.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop in the consulting industry, project implementation, and research. If you are motivated to learn and contribute to impactful projects, we encourage you to apply.

Conduct market, industry, and business analysis using both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including desk research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews;

Translate analytical findings into practical business insights and strategic recommendations for clients;

Prepare client-ready deliverables including analytical reports, business briefs, and presentations in Word and PowerPoint;

Support the development of business cases, market assessments, and financial or economic analyses as part of consulting projects;

Present analytical results and recommendations to peers, managers, and clients with increasing independence;

Coordinate with other consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery within agreed timelines and budgets;

Collaborate with multidisciplinary Civitta teams across 20+ countries to deliver data-driven consulting solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a strong advantage);

Proven experience working with data analytics tools, including basic to intermediate SQL, and the ability to analyze and interpret data in a business context. Experience in understanding and improving business processes is highly desirable;

Ability to structure complex business problems, analyse data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations;

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present analytical findings;

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural team environment;

Fluency in Georgian and English (C1 level written and spoken);

Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and modelling; solid command of Word and PowerPoint;

Demonstrated ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making;

Prior experience in a consulting firm, strategy, market analysis, or business analytics is considered a strong advantage.
