Join Civitta - an international company with 750+ colleagues across 20+ countries. We are delivering consulting, digital, funding, and public sector transformation projects across Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Caucasus, and other global markets.

Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. We will consider candidates from Ukraine and North Macedonia.

Support budgeting & forecasting functions in collaboration with other teams;

Streamline managerial reporting processes and month-end closings, support continuous improvement initiatives;

Review & check vendors and their agreements to mitigate business & financial risks;

Support Risk management activities by identifying and assessing risky projects;

Prepare ad-hoc analysis of financial and operational data and financial reports to senior management;

Support M&A activities through financial analysis, financial system integration, business & financial checks of ongoing deals;

Lead improvements in the managerial reporting tool and Power BI (automation, structurization, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems).

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics;

5+ years of experience in Finance, Managerial accounting, FP&A, or Controlling;

Good MS Excel & Google Sheets skills;

Analytical mindset;

High level of attention to detail and a responsible attitude to work;

Upper-intermediate level of English language;

Power BI experience is an advantage;

Ability to work 3 days/week in the office.
