Junior General Ledger Accountant (Philippines)

• →Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• →Support general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• →Assist with identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies
• →Support the month-end and year-end close processes
• →Maintain accurate accounting records and follow established internal controls and procedures
• →Assist with financial reporting and other accounting-related tasks as needed
• →Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve accounting issues

• 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with some exposure to general ledger activities
• Basic understanding of general accounting principles and balance sheet reconciliations
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and gradually take ownership of assigned tasks

• Experience with NetSuite and/or FloQast is a plus
• Experience working in an international or U.S.-based accounting environment is a plus
• Experience with cash or bank reconciliations is highly desirable
