This CDL-A truck driver position offers steady OTR freight with organized dispatch planning and consistent weekly mileage. Drivers operate across established interstate lanes where loads are scheduled ahead of time to help reduce downtime between deliveries. The goal is to keep drivers moving with reliable freight instead of sitting and waiting for the next assignment.

Average haul lengths typically range from 700–750 miles, helping maintain strong weekly mileage while avoiding excessive short-haul freight. Drivers who prefer a straightforward over-the-road operation with dependable scheduling tend to do well on this account.

Freight Network

Freight moves through multi-state routes with a combination of drop-and-hook and live load freight. Most shipments are no-touch, allowing drivers to stay focused on driving and maintaining productive miles throughout the week. Consistent customer freight helps support stable movement year-round.

Equipment Package

Drivers operate 2021 and newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors equipped with automatic transmissions. Many trucks include APUs, inverters, and refrigerator space designed for extended runs on the road. Maintenance support is handled through a company network focused on minimizing downtime and keeping equipment operating consistently.

Schedule & Driver Benefits

Drivers on this fleet operate on a 12-day running schedule followed by a full 48-hour reset at home every other weekend. Approved drivers may take assigned trucks home during resets or park at a designated company location if preferred.

Drivers typically earn between $1,300 and $1,450 weekly depending on experience, miles, and freight flow. Detention pay is available for qualifying delays. After six months, drivers become eligible for medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Ability to run interstate routes
