This position will focus on Quality Assurance for returns and outgoing orders. The individual needs to be flexible to changing needs of our growing company. Cross training, computer skills and time management skills are essential.

Monday-Friday (1:45pm - 10:15pm), full-time, non-exempt

• →Verify the item and color is the same as the item and color on the Final Layout
• →The imprint is located in the same position as the Final Layout
• →The imprint is straight, clear, legible
• →The imprint color matches the Final Layout color listed and PMS Book if applicable

• →Perform initial inspection of inventory and sample product according to AQL
• →Complete inspection forms
• →Identify any/all defective product issues with returned merchandise
• →Verify the item and color is the same as the item and color on the Final Layout
• →The imprint is located in the same position as the Final Layout
• →The imprint is straight, clear, legible
• →All other tasks assigned

• Able to inspect product accurately and provide effective analysis of defective pieces.
• Able to provide accurate reports and update information in the system if applicable.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some experience in quality/inspections preferred

In performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing.

• The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool.
• The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise.
• Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
• Employee must be able to change priorities or job duties as needed and interact with employees at all levels.
