Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator
Quick Summary
Own a function that’s currently spread across multiple roles. Work across the business: Interact regularly with dealers, plant operations, inventory, quality, and leadership.
At Pacific Coast Manufacturing, we combine precision, craftsmanship, and ingenuity to create products built for the outdoors and built to last.
We’re problem-solvers, detail-obsessed builders, and people who take pride in doing great work. What we make ultimately ends up in backyards, where people gather, grill, relax, and make memories. We believe every detail matters, and we celebrate good work.
We’re looking for a Customer Service & Warranty Coordinator to be the go-to resource for dealer warranty claims, parts requests, and order support. When a dealer needs a replacement part, has a warranty issue, or needs an order to move quickly, you’ll own it from intake through resolution.
You’ll work closely with plant operations, inventory, and quality to keep claims and orders moving, maintain accurate records, and make sure the right answers—and the right parts—get to the right people.
A key part of the role will be improving how we track and identify parts across our brands. Today, inconsistent naming and recordkeeping can create delays and errors. You’ll help bring more accuracy and consistency to that process
What You'll Do
Warranty & Customer Support
- Process dealer and customer warranty claims from intake through resolution, including identifying replacement parts and coordinating shipments.
- Serve as the primary contact for dealer parts requests and general order inquiries by phone and email.
- Track open claims and requests through resolution, following up proactively.
Order & Shipping Support
- Print and process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outbound shipments for parts and warranty replacements.
- Perform periodic stock checks to confirm parts availability.
Data & Process Accuracy
- Maintain accurate, well-documented records in claims, requests, and shipments.
- Identify part-naming inconsistencies that can cause warranty lookup errors and support the rollout of a unified, cross-brand item master.
- Escalate recurring quality or design issues identified through warranty claims to the appropriate team.
