STORE MANAGER

NORMAN’S, the premiere, and fastest growing employee-owned Hallmark Gold Crown retailer in the East, is seeking a qualified Store Manager for our location in Mays Landing, NJ. We are in the business of helping people capture their emotions and share them with one another.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which your team is driving retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business. The caring experience within the store begins with YOU.
- →Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business.
- →Command a professional and unbiased leadership style to drive sales results and buy-in amongst your team and management peers.
- →Efficiently manage all aspects of the general operations of the store including, but not limited to, payroll budgeting, event planning, shipment processing and merchandising, seamless orders, promotion management, etc.
- →Ability to learn and be efficient with our point-of-sale software system to ensure accuracy with inventory, sales, and markdowns.
- →Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
~1 min read- High School diploma, GED, equivalent or higher.
- Store Management Experience: 3 years or more.
- Customer Service Experience: 3 years or more.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business, including events, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, e.g., fixture parts and cartons.
