→High School Diploma or G.E.D (minimum) with 6+ years of relevant experience in aerospace manufacturing, or quality in lieu of advanced degree.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
Ability to read and interpret CAD tooling, component, and assembly drawings.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Office, PP, Excel).
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level.
Ability to travel 5-10% when required.
Ability to perform tolerance stacks, metallurgical, NDT, and heat transfer analysis.
Knowledge of high-end manufacturing equipment and processes.
Knowledge of manufacturing support processes and ERP systems, Syteline preferred.
