Salary Range: $74,880/year

Responsibilities

The Clinical Treatment Team Coach provides direct clinical intervention, assessment, treatment planning, and crisis support while serving as a mentor and resource to direct care staff.

• Transport persons served as needed
• Follow universal precautions and maintain safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor


• Utilize recovery principles to support individuals in achieving health, wellness, symptom management, and personal goals
• Promote a culture of recovery, hope, and person-centered care throughout the program
• Facilitate comprehensive assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
• Develop, implement, review, and update treatment plans and clinical interventions
• Increase individual participation in treatment planning and service delivery decisions
• Document clinical interventions and progress in accordance with agency standards
• Promote physical and emotional wellness through coordinated service delivery

• Coordinate services with care coordination entities, behavioral health providers, medical providers, and community partners
• Connect individuals to community-based supports including counseling, housing resources, employment services, and substance use treatment
• Support integrated treatment approaches that address the whole person and promote long-term success

• Anticipate and respond to clinical risks, emergencies, and crisis situations
• Develop, implement, and train staff on Risk and Safety Plans
• Provide clinical consultation and intervention during crises
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support program needs

• Serve as a clinical role model and resource for direct care staff
• Become Medication Administration Program (MAP) certified and administer medications as needed
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, licensing standards, contracts, and funder requirements
• Monitor adherence to health and safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Report significant incidents and allegations of abuse or neglect in accordance with agency protocols
• Attend required trainings and maintain professional competencies

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field preferred
• LICSW, LMHC, or license-eligible clinician strongly preferred

• Bachelor’s-level candidates must have:

  • Five (5) years of experience working with individuals with Severe Mental Illness (SMI) and Autism
  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Clinical supervision by a qualified licensed clinician

• Experience with wraparound services preferred

Requirements

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Competency with medical and psychiatric monitoring, consultation, and coordination
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records and other computer systems

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both verbal and written formats
• Preference given to candidates with lived experience and fluency in languages prevalent throughout Southeastern Massachusetts
