The Marketing Operations Intern will assist various on various projects within the broader commercial team, including the creation of data driven sales enablement tools and large-scale data management.

  • Must be able to use typical office equipment including, but not limited to, telephone, fax machine, copier, and computer. 
  • May be required to lift items up to 15 pounds in weight 
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk
  • Assist in the creation of a comprehensive product guide, cross-referencing our products with competitors. Help identify key differences and exact matches where applicable, as well as a scalable process to track pricing information and new product releases.

 

  • Identify duplicate Salesforce accounts, conduct audits to determine the appropriate master account, consolidate key customer data and related records into the master account, retire duplicate records to improve CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy, and document standardized processes while communicating updates and alignment needs with the inside sales team.

 

  • Support the centralization and standardization of customer contract information within Salesforce by auditing existing contract storage sources, matching agreements to the correct customer accounts, entering and standardizing key contract fields (including start dates, expiration dates, renewal terms, and contract value), attaching or linking supporting documentation, and improving reporting visibility into contract status and renewal timelines to strengthen data integrity, forecasting accuracy, and overall revenue operations efficiency.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Junior or Senior standing preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required, including experience with:
    • Pivot tables, XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP, IF statements, Data cleaning and formatting, Basic charting and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Previous internship supporting reporting and analytics is a plus but not required
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or other reporting tools is a plus but not required
