The Role:
We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support our marketing team in the areas of campaign execution, data quality, and marketing technology. This is a hands-on role – you won’t just be observing. You’ll work directly in platforms like Pardot and Salesforce, help maintain clean and actionable data, and contribute to campaigns that drive real pipeline. If you’re interested in the operational and analytical side of marketing (not just the creative side), this role is a strong fit. This is a full-time remote role, based in the United States, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and monitoring of outbound marketing campaigns and nurture sequences
- Assist with data hygiene efforts in our marketing automation and CRM systems, including list management, deduplication, and field accuracy
- Pull and organize campaign performance reports, helping the team track key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversation rates
- Help maintain and WA landing pages, forms, and email templates in Pardot
- Conduct research on audience segments, competitor campaigns, and market trends to inform campaign strategy
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations and Growth Marketing teams on ad hoc projects as needed
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Genuinely interested in the data and operations side of marketing – you like knowing why something worked, not just that it worked
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and learning new software platforms quickly
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with data or proofreading campaign assets
- Clear written communicator who can summarize findings and flag issues concisely
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools is a plus, but not required – we’ll teach you
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
