The Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will operate independently and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for your assigned requisitions/regions. This role drives effective hiring outcomes through strategic sourcing, strong hiring manager partnership, best-in-class candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, acting as first point of contact, responding promptly, and assisting all parties throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate job postings across our applicant tracking system (ATS), social media, and professional job boards/networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop targeted hiring strategies, and execute effective recruitment plans.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and other social media platforms
- Ensure that all assigned recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and manage confidential recruitment documentation (e.g., offer letters, background checks) with professionalism and accuracy.
- Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a manner that is consistent with 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values
- Responsibly receive, transmit, and handle company data and information per Company data handling agreements, work procedures and policies
- Review and follow company policies and guidelines, data privacy practices, including annual compliance training certification and policy acknowledgements
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years in talent acquisition, with experience in a global recruitment environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with ATS systems and social media/job board recruitment.
- Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organization and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, working independently with minimal supervision
- English and Japanese native bilingual proficiency preferred
- Must be legally eligible to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship

- Knowledge of HR practices and global labor laws to ensure compliance across recruitment processes.
