~1 min readThe Sr. Performance Media Manager, Patient Acquisition will be responsible for overseeing patient acquisition performance, attribution strategy, funnel optimization, and revenue growth across paid and digital marketing channels. This role will directly connect marketing investments to qualified patient acquisition, booked evaluations, conversion efficiency, and measurable revenue outcomes, while extending beyond campaign execution into attribution analysis, operational alignment, and strategic growth initiatives. The Sr. Performance Media Manager, Patient Acquisition will serve as a proactive business partner, identifying growth opportunities, uncovering attribution gaps, and addressing operational and funnel inefficiencies that impact performance. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate complex acquisition and performance data into clear, actionable insights that drive operational improvements and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Lead acquisition strategy and performance optimization across paid and digital acquisition channels, including Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, retargeting, programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Own full-funnel acquisition performance analysis, including traffic quality, lead quality, booking conversion, revenue attribution, and patient acquisition efficiency.
- Own paid media performance KPIs tied to qualified patient acquisition, booked evaluations, revenue contribution, lead-to-booking conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously evaluate acquisition performance and guide optimization efforts based on lead quality, call quality, booking conversion rates, and downstream revenue outcomes — not solely platform-reported conversions.
- Analyze full-funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency, reduce acquisition costs, and improve patient acquisition quality.
- Guide media investment allocation and performance strategy based on business priorities, customer acquisition costs, and revenue performance insights.
- Proactively identify optimization opportunities, attribution gaps, conversion friction, and performance risks without requiring day-to-day direction.
- Translate marketing, CRM, and operational data into strategic business recommendations that improve conversion performance, patient acquisition efficiency, and revenue growth.
- Utilize tools such as Invoca, GA4, Salesforce, CRM reporting, SEMrush, Microsoft Clarity, and attribution platforms to connect paid media spend to qualified calls, booked evaluations, and revenue outcomes.
- Analyze lead flow, lead-to-booking conversion rates, attribution accuracy, funnel progression, and downstream revenue performance tied to paid media campaigns.
- Monitor Salesforce and CRM reporting to identify funnel leakage, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve conversion quality and patient acquisition outcomes.
- Analyze call tracking and conversation intelligence data to identify:
- High-performing campaigns and keywords
- Low-quality lead sources
- Patient intent patterns
- Messaging disconnects
- Booking friction
- Conversion barriers
- Partner closely with call center leadership and operations teams to improve conversion quality, campaign attribution accuracy, and patient booking outcomes.
- Develop actionable insights and optimization recommendations from campaign performance, attribution analysis, CRM reporting, and call intelligence data.
- Partner with CRO, UX, SEO, and Creative teams to improve landing page conversion rates, lead quality, and user experience.
- Lead cross-functional testing strategy and optimization initiatives across ad messaging, landing page experience, offers, conversion pathways, audience targeting, and call-to-action strategies.
- Identify and proactively address conversion friction points throughout the patient acquisition journey.
- Serve as the primary internal strategic lead overseeing external acquisition and performance marketing agency relationships across paid and digital acquisition channels.
- Hold agency partners accountable to performance KPIs tied to qualified leads, booked evaluations, revenue contribution, ROAS, conversion quality, and patient acquisition efficiency.
- Lead strategic direction, performance reviews, optimization discussions, testing initiatives, and budget allocation conversations with agency partners.
- Evaluate agency recommendations through the lens of business outcomes, attribution accuracy, lead quality, funnel efficiency, and revenue performance.
- Ensure agencies maintain alignment with Amen Clinics’ brand positioning, messaging strategy, conversion goals, and growth priorities.
- Partner with agencies to proactively identify growth opportunities, audience expansion strategies, creative testing initiatives, and emerging platform opportunities.
- Oversee implementation accuracy across tracking, attribution, landing page integration, and campaign reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between agency partners and internal Creative, CRO, SEO, Analytics, and Clinical Operations teams.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency, and strategic value of agency partnerships and paid media investments.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Creative, PR, Content, Analytics, CRO, and Clinical Operations teams to ensure alignment across acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve attribution accuracy, lead quality, patient acquisition workflows, and funnel performance.
- Provide strategic acquisition performance insights and optimization recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, attribution technology, privacy updates, AI-search evolution, paid media innovations, and platform changes.
