We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Liaison to join our growing team in Clark, Pampanga. In this role, you will work closely with our Client Services Managers and Australian clients to deliver seamless, professional client reviews. You will be responsible for preparing High Level Summaries (HLS), coordinating review meetings, and ensuring client records are accurate and insightful. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional services environment, enjoys working with people, and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive High Level Summaries (HLS) capturing client positions, financial history, and future capacity.

  • Engage with Australian clients and internal staff to confirm and validate client information.

  • Maintain accurate and updated client records through Salesforce, file notes, and shared drives.

  • Prepare professional presentations and Review Letters using company templates for annual client meetings.

  • Coordinate review meetings via Microsoft Teams or onsite at Future Assist offices in Australia.

  • Ensure all outputs meet company standards of professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.

  • Provide administrative and analytical support to Client Services Managers as required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. • 1–2 years of experience in administration, financial services, or client service (preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence liaising with Australian clients.

  • Strong command of English — written and spoken — is highly sought after. • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce is an advantage.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing your own responsibilities.
