Clean Team Inc. is hiring dependable Commercial Janitors to join our growing team in Grand Rapids, MI. If you're looking for a stable part-time evening job with paid training, consistent weekday hours, and opportunities for advancement, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Commercial Janitor, you'll help keep commercial buildings clean, safe, and welcoming by performing routine cleaning and sanitation duties, including:

Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, and other common areas
→
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
→
Dust furniture, workstations, fixtures, and other surfaces
→
Sanitize high-touch areas using approved cleaning products
→
Empty trash and recycling containers
→
Restock paper products, soap, and restroom supplies
→
Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
→
Complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining high-quality work

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Reliable with excellent attendance
Able to work independently and stay organized
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform routine physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
Dependable with reliable transportation

Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial work, housekeeping, office cleaning, environmental services, building maintenance, or facilities cleaning is helpful but not required.

This position is based in Grand Rapids, MI and is conveniently located for applicants living in Grand Rapids, Kentwood, Wyoming, East Grand Rapids, Cascade, Ada, and other nearby communities throughout Kent County.
