Weekend Janitorial Team Member

Clean Team Inc. is looking for dependable individuals to join our commercial cleaning team in Northeast Grand Rapids. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a weekend evening job, supplemental income, or an entry-level position with paid training.

Whether you're starting your first cleaning job, returning to the workforce, or looking for a reliable part-time schedule, we'll provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed.

• Saturday: 8:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• Sunday: 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM

As a member of our cleaning team, you'll help keep commercial facilities clean, safe, and welcoming by:

• →

  Cleaning offices, restrooms, break rooms, and shared spaces

• →

  Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining floors

• →

  Dusting surfaces, furniture, and fixtures

• →

  Sanitizing high-touch areas

• →

  Emptying waste containers and replacing liners

• →

  Refilling restroom and facility supplies

• →

  Following company safety procedures and cleaning standards

• →

  Completing assigned work independently while maintaining quality expectations

Successful candidates will have:

• A minimum age of 18 years

• Reliable transportation

• Valid automobile insurance

• Dependability and strong attendance

• The ability to work independently and stay organized

• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

• The ability to stand, bend, walk, reach, and perform light lifting during each shift

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is not required. We provide paid, hands-on training so you can feel confident from your first day.
