ClearStrides responsibly owns and manages land-based assets, balancing preservation, operational care, and experience-driven programming.

Our operations currently center around Tower Point Farm, where equestrian activities, agricultural operations, and experiential programs connect people to land, history, and outdoor experiences. As part of the ClearSpectrum LLC enterprise, ClearStrides combines thoughtful land stewardship with opportunities to grow experiences such as lessons, camps, and events.
  • Self-motivated, with a desire to continuously learn and take on new challenges.
  • Organized and creative, with the ability to proactively develop marketing materials for both internal and external initiatives within established deadlines.
  • Skilled at establishing, coordinating, and executing marketing activities for specific programs, events, and strategic initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Collaborative and able to coordinate advertising and marketing collateral that support branding and marketing objectives.
  • Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to conduct research to identify potential clients, business opportunities, and competitive insights that strengthen brand awareness and market reach.
  • Experienced in developing advertisements and creating, managing, and publishing engaging social media content.
  • Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to design newsletters, flyers, and other marketing materials while assisting in the planning and execution of company events
  • Collaborate to support and execute marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for recruiting events, career fairs and other outreach efforts.
  • Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and increased brand visibility.
  • Create and manage digital content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Develop newsletters, flyers, presentations, and other communications to engage employees, candidates, and external audiences.
  • Monitor and maintain the company’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Support the planning and execution of company-sponsored events, employee recognition programs, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, sound judgment, and a high level of confidentiality.
  • Education and/or Experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired
  • A minimum of 0-3 years of professional experience is required
  •  
    Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is recommended, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  •  
     
  • Experience in graphic design tools (i.e. QuarkExpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, or Flash)
