  • Facilitate orientation sessions to educate incoming team members on our benefits package.
  • Support the annual Open Enrollment cycle and contribute to the processing of ACA 1095-C documentation as required.

Leave Management & Regulatory Compliance:

  • Direct the end-to-end administration of parental leave requests, maintaining case files and ensuring adherence to FMLA guidelines.
  • Engage in weekly ADA review meetings, applying expertise in workplace accommodations and statutory leave requirements.

HRIS Efficiency (Workday):

  • Maintain Workday data integrity by managing queue priorities, global time-off analytics, and the lifecycle of contractor records.

Transition & Off-boarding:

  • Coordinate administrative off-boarding logistics, including equipment return labels and the execution of complex severance workflows.

Financial Alignment & Audit Support:

  • Synchronize legacy award data with payroll systems and facilitate various compliance audits, including governmental wage reporting.

General Operations:

  • Address day-to-day administrative inquiries and manage the HR ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of employee needs.
  • Prior experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or a similar HR generalist/coordinator role
  • Working knowledge of employee benefits plans and enrollment processes
  • Familiarity with FMLA and general leave-of-absence compliance requirements
  • Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS strongly preferred
  • Comfort managing invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor payment deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently after initial training
