- →Develop and report on team metrics (pipeline influence, win rates, POC outcomes, time-to-value) and communicate results to sales and company leadership.
- →Serve as an executive-level technical sponsor for top strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with customer VP/C-level stakeholders.
- →Collaborate with Solutions Architecture leaders in other regions to align on global standards, career frameworks, and knowledge sharing.

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, SQL/OLAP databases, and the modern data stack (streaming, orchestration, BI, cloud infrastructure).
- Track record of building and scaling teams: hiring, developing talent, and instilling a strong technical and customer-first culture.
- Proven ability to operate as an executive-level technical sponsor, comfortable presenting to and negotiating with C-level stakeholders at large enterprises.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to influence Sales, Product, and Engineering leadership without direct authority.
