We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Overnight Event Setup Team.

Responsibilities

→Setting up and tearing down banquet halls and event spaces according to event floor plans and specifications
→Reading and interpreting Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution
→Arranging staging, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, glassware, and buffet stations
→Ensuring rooms are fully prepared and presentation ready
→Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of event spaces during room flips
→Safely moving, storing, and maintaining banquet equipment
→Keeping service corridors, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and unobstructed
→Following all workplace safety, and company policies

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Reliability, respect, and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and on a team
Strong time-management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with supervisors and managers

Requirements

Frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 75 lbs
Bend, twist, reach, and stand for extended periods
Climb stairs and move equipment safely throughout the facility
