With over 70 locations, Riser Fitness is one of the nation's largest multi-unit developers of the Club Pilates franchise system as well as one of the longest operating franchisees in the country.
 

The Regional Manager at Riser Fitness will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple Pilates studios within a designated region. This role will manage District Managers directly and ensure that each studio operates efficiently and effectively in alignment with the company’s goals and standards. The Regional Manager will focus on key areas such as staffing, sales, revenue, operations, budgeting, and training and development. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a proven track record in multi-location management and a passion for driving growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all studios within the region to ensure consistency and high standards of performance.
  • Directly manage District Managers, providing them with guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures to ensure all studios are compliant with company policies and standards.
  • Staffing and Leadership
    • Work closely with District Managers to ensure that all studios are adequately staffed and that employees are trained to deliver exceptional service.
    • Lead efforts in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new staff members, ensuring they align with the company’s culture and values.
    • Provide leadership and mentorship to District Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
    • Sales and Revenue Management:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and increase studio revenue across the region.
    • Monitor sales performance and revenue metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets for each studio within the region, ensuring that financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
    • Review financial reports regularly, identifying trends, and making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement.
    • Ensure that each studio adheres to budgetary guidelines while maintaining the highest level of service and operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development
    • Design and implement training programs to develop the skills and capabilities of District Managers and their teams.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations for District Managers, setting goals, providing feedback, and creating development plans.
  • Customer Experience
    • Ensure that all studios in the region consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the company’s brand and values.
    • Address and resolve any significant customer service issues escalated from the studios in a timely and effective manner

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing operations, driving sales, and leading teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in developing and implementing training programs for staff at various levels.
  • Ability to travel within the region as required to visit studios and meet with District Managers.
