As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Vehicle Inspector (Evening Shift) to join our reconditioning facility team.This role is ideal for someone dependable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Evening availability is required. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

• →Inspect incoming vehicles for damage, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
• →Identify and report problems that fall outside Clutch’s quality standards.
• →Move, start, and park cars around the lot safely and efficiently.
• →Track inspection results using checklists and digital tools.
• →Collaborate with reconditioning, detailing, and mechanical teams to prioritize vehicle flow.
• →Perform basic troubleshooting for minor vehicle issues.
• →Keep work areas organized and follow all safety procedures.

• Education: Post-secondary education preferred
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork
• License: Minimum G2 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Location: Ability to commute to Mississauga
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs.

• Previous experience in automotive, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or other digital tools.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
