About the Role

As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Shuttler to join our Dealer & Wholesale Operations team on a 6-month, full-time employment basis! You could be a good fit if you are hard working, organized, and driven with a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Moving vehicles as directed by dispatcher.
- →Maintaining a neat and orderly grounds and staging lot.
- →Pick-up and delivery of vehicles from storage and other dealerships.
- →Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
- →Make key tags for and handle inventory of vehicles.
- →Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records, including vehicle status, documentation, and system updates, using manual and computerized systems.
- →Inspect vehicles to verify condition, documentation accuracy, and readiness for transport or sale.
- →Weather related lot and vehicle clean up when necessary.
- →Work shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (weekdays) / 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends)
- →Work schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), depending on operational needs.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience moving and transporting vehicles. Ability to drive manual transmission a plus
- License: Valid G License and clean driving record
- Professional attitude and the ability to deliver best-in-class customer service
