Purpose

Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin is committed to supporting and enabling the professional and leadership development of staff to be ready for future opportunities in their career journeys. In support of our commitment to professional and leadership development, and CMHA employees, CMHA PD offers a leadership program for permanent employees in good performance standing and looking for growth opportunities. The intent of this program is to support ongoing professional efforts for employees in becoming leaders of the future.

Scope

Any permanent employee (both non-management and management) of Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin, who are looking for professional and leadership development and has completed (12) months of continuous service with the organization, shall be eligible to apply for the program.

Once you have completed the application form, please upload it here along with the required supporting documentation for consideration. Please use the "resume" and "cover letter" upload options for this.

If you have indicated that you will be submitting a video or completing an interview to satisfy section 2 of the application, a member of the Emerging Leaders Committee will be in touch.
