CMW is a trans-Tasman Geotechnical Consultancy with 22 offices and over 300 employees throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our projects cover construction and civil engineering from larger long-term national roading projects to smaller residential developments.

CMW has maintained year-on-year growth since its establishment in 2012, and the Tauranga office is looking to bring in an Administration / Project Management Assistant (PMA) to assist the busy project managers and field staff.

You'll belong to our Tauranga / Rotorua / Napier team of 30+. You would be based full-time in our Tauranga office. However, you would be required to travel across to our Rotorua office for one day per fortnight. Therefore, you must have a full drivers license and access to a vehicle.

This role would be suitable for someone looking for an entry-level administration position. No prior experience is required; however, we are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and personable. All further training will be provided. Please note, this is not a Project Management role, and it does not lead to a project management role with CMW. It is an administrative support role. We unfortunately won't be progressing applications from project managers.
