Release Coordination:

Support the end-to-end release process by coordinating tasks, timelines, and communications under the guidance of the Release and Environments Manager

Create, manage, and track Jira tickets to engage Operations and other teams for deployment and environment-related activities
-
Assist in maintaining the release calendar and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on schedules and dependencies
-
Coordinate release readiness activities, including checklist tracking, approvals, and status updates
-
Author and maintain release runsheets and deployment documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Ensure all pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment steps are clearly documented and reviewed
-
Support the continuous improvement of release templates, checklists, and documentation standards
-
Assist in coordinating environment usage and availability across development, QA, and production environments

Work with Operations and technical teams to schedule deployments and environment changes

Help track and escalate environment or deployment-related issues impacting release timelines

Provide timely updates on release status, risks, and dependencies to the Release and Environments Manager

Serve as a communications bridge and align globally distributed teams, mitigating deployment risks by managing status updates and handoffs across US, Europe, and Sydney time zones.

Document outcomes from release activities, including post-release notes and action items

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, configuration management, or a related role within a technology or software delivery environment

Familiarity with ticketing and workflow tools such as Jira or similar platforms
-
Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery models

Exposure to working with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations
-
Strong written documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
