About the Role
As a Test Engineer, you will design, execute, and improve testing processes across Codafication’s product suite. Working closely with Development, Project Management, and technical teams, you will validate product features, resolve issues, and help deliver scalable, high-quality software with a strong focus on user experience.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Project Management, UI/UX, Customer Success, and the CTO to support successful project delivery through effective testing, clear communication, and a commitment to quality outcomes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, software engineers, and other staff to ensure quality standards are met
- Analyse business requirements for software changes and create relevant test plans
- Analyse requirements and changes to identify risk
- Execute and maintain the test suite in the relevant Test Management system
- Plan and execute runs of the regression suite
- Identify opportunities for automation within software processes
- Identify bugs and quality issues in development or business processes
About you
As our successful candidate, you will demonstrate:
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience with manual testing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Love for problem solving and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- High-level attention to detail and strong documentation writing
- Experience using JIRA/Test Rail
- Prior experience with Playwright or Postman API highly advantageous
