Who Are We?
Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest growing kids' coding franchise. At our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way by playing and building video games they love. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem solving. Our core promise is: Kids have fun, parents see results.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious, business minded leader to join our team as we launch our brand new location in Cary this June. As the Associate Center Director, you will work side-by-side with the owner during year one to scale this location from the ground up.
This is a growth track role: The right candidate has the opportunity to take over the Center Director role upon the successful execution of our growth plan. If you think like an entrepreneur and enjoy taking full responsibility for a project, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth: Execute and manage "Founding Families" promotions and early-enrollment campaigns to hit center capacity goals.
  • Community Engagement: Proactively build brand awareness by reaching out to local PTAs and schools and representing Code Ninjas at STEM nights and community events.
  • Sales & Lead Management: Follow up on leads via CRM, schedule tours, and close deals to grow our student base.
  • Customer Experience: Work with parents to define learning needs and ensure they understand their child’s progress.
  • Center Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring the center is a fun, safe, and clean environment for students.
  • Team Leadership: Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of "Code Senseis" (tutors).
  • Strategic Reporting: Report weekly to owners on progress, enrollment metrics, and community outreach success.
Qualifications
  • Experience with Children: Proven work history with children ages 5 and up, with a genuine enthusiasm for their development.
  • Business Acumen: Strong knowledge of sales, team leadership, and business operations.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A self starter eager to drive leads and find creative opportunities for growth.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with the Microsoft Suite, social media platforms, and CRM/lead-tracking software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to think on the fly, remain perceptive to center dynamics, and work a flexible schedule.
  • Detail Oriented: Deadline driven mindset to ensure no customer or date is overlooked.
  • Culture Fit: Must be fun to work with and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
