Codebase is a young software services company with a great pool of tech-savvy developers. We started in the spring of 2018, and have been growing aggressively. We are located in Pune, India, and serve software product companies across the globe; focusing on enterprise SaaS, eCommerce, cloud, and application development.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Pune HR team. You will assist in end-to-end recruitment, maintain recruitment trackers, follow up with candidates and managers, and help build strong candidate pipelines. You will also support referral drives, internal hiring, and participate in local meetups to enhance the company’s employer brand.

Assist in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and shortlisting candidates.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to minimize dropouts and support timely closures.

Prioritize roles critical to business needs and support efficient hiring to optimize costs.

Suggest improvements in sourcing strategies, explore new talent channels, and participate in team initiatives and local meetups for employer branding.

Support referral drives, internal hiring initiatives, and provide structured recruitment data as needed.

Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth candidate experience and effective recruitment processes.
Requirements
