Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a proactive and independent IT Sourcer who enjoys finding and connecting with candidates and is excited about building and maintaining a well-structured, well-administered talent pool.
It’s essential that you genuinely enjoy sourcing, as this role will primarily focus on candidate outreach in its initial stages.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintaining and continuously updating our alumni database (approx. 2,200–2,500 individuals), ensuring data accuracy and relevance
- Proactively reaching out to alumni, with a strong focus on those who are currently open to new opportunities
- Actively building and maintaining relationships with our alumni network
- Organizing and supporting both online and offline community events to strengthen alumni engagement
- Identifying active job seekers and creating a well-structured, up-to-date talent pipeline
- Proactively sourcing external candidates from the market (beyond our alumni network) to meet partner needs
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to match the best candidates (both alumni and external) with partner requirements
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with developers working at our partner companies, gathering feedback on their experience and satisfaction
- Acting as a central point of contact for the alumni community and contributing to long-term community building
What We’re Looking For:
- Preferably part-time availability (20-26 hours/week)
- Min. 2-3 years experience in sourcing or recruiting roles (experience in IT recruitment is a plus)
- Confident database management and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with a structured mindset
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Fluent Hungarian and advanced English language knowledge
