HR Business Partner, Education Vertical
Quick Summary
About Codeway We build and publish mobile apps that reach millions — fast.
Codeway's Education Vertical is on a mission to build the next generation of education products and help democratize learning with AI. We believe AI will fundamentally reshape how people learn, and we're building the team that will shape what that future looks like.
Our flagship app Learna recently claimed the #1 spot among worldwide education apps in terms of downloads, with a few other exciting EdTech apps already scaling and several stealth projects in the pipeline. We're already a team of 80+ people running at $100M+ ARR with tremendous year-over-year growth, and we have ambitious plans to scale from here. It's one of the most exciting verticals to work in within the powerhouse that Codeway is today.
As an HR Business Partner for the Education Vertical, you will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, with a strong focus on elevating management practices, driving compensation excellence, and shaping people strategy.
This is a role based in our new Barcelona HQ, working directly with the Education Vertical CEO and business leaders, while staying closely connected with our Istanbul office and teams to ensure strong alignment across locations.
You will play a key role in building scalable, high-quality HR foundations, coaching managers, strengthening performance and salary review processes, and partnering closely with HR Operations to ensure consistent, data-driven execution across the employee lifecycle.
This role requires high autonomy, ownership, and a proactive mindset; you won't just execute processes, but challenge the status quo and bring forward better ways of doing things.
