Our client is looking for a Lead Electrician who is accountable for running assigned electrical work in the field from mobilization through completion. This role creates value by delivering safe, code-compliant, high-quality work, keeping jobs moving on schedule, leading helpers and apprentices effectively, communicating job status clearly, and minimizing callbacks and rework.
The Lead Electrician is the field owner of execution on assigned jobs. That includes planning day-to-day work, identifying material and labor needs, checking quality before leaving the site, maintaining safety standards, and making sure the office and leadership team have the information needed to manage the business well.

Job execution and field leadership
• Lead assigned jobs in the field and take ownership for execution, workmanship, and day-to-day progress.
• Review the scope of work, assess actual field conditions, and adjust installation approach as needed while keeping leadership informed of meaningful changes.
• Complete work to code, company standards, and customer expectations.
• Maintain momentum on the job and make sound field decisions that keep work moving without sacrificing quality.

• Balance speed with workmanship, recognizing that finishing fast only matters when the work is right.
• Manage daily production against the expected timeline for the job.
• Coordinate labor, tools, and materials needed to complete work efficiently.
• Flag scope issues, labor shortages, material gaps, or site constraints early so schedule impacts can be addressed before they become failures.

• Escalate major issues early rather than letting the office or customer find out late.
• Provide timely field updates to leadership on job progress, delays, material needs, schedule risks, and completion status.

• Develop apprentices toward greater independence while protecting job quality and safety.
