作为商户的主要联系人，处理咨询、支持需求和问题升级。

监控账户和整体商户组合表现，跟踪交易量并识别业务增长机会。

及时了解支付和金融科技领域的行业趋势、竞争对手产品和客户需求。

商业或相关领域的本科学历。

2–4 年商户拓展、业务发展或客户管理经验，具有金融科技、银行、支付或电商相关背景者优先。

拥有成功签单及管理高交易量客户组合的经验。

出色的沟通、演示和谈判能力。

以客户为中心，具备强烈的目标驱动力和超越 KPI 的热情。

积极主动，具备良好的组织能力和时间管理能力。

能够与国际合作伙伴和利益相关者进行协调沟通。

在达成或超额完成业绩指标方面有成功记录，并获得过客户的积极反馈。
