Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of the crew.  
  • Ensure compliance with corporate health and safety policies.  
  • Receive and deliver daily task assignments from the site supervisor.  
  • Collaborate with other supervisors in the planning and scheduling process.  
  • Requisition necessary materials and supplies.  
  • Address work-related issues and recommend measures to enhance productivity.  
  • Train workers or facilitate training opportunities for team members.  
  • Operate heavy equipment as required

Requirements

  • Physically fit, with the ability to walk, climb, drive (day or night), reach above, at, or below shoulder height, and bend, crouch, kneel, or crawl.
  • Capable of sitting, standing, or driving for more than 90 minutes each day.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
  • 3 + years construction experience required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Proficient in providing clear verbal and written instructions.
