AI-native here means you build with agents by default. We expect 100% of the code to be generated via agentic tools (Cursor, Claude Code, and similar), while you own everything that actually matters: problem framing, architecture, tradeoffs, review quality, tests, performance, and security. This is not "vibe coding." The code is generated. The thinking is yours. You should be great at steering agents, validating output, catching subtle issues early, and debugging code you did not manually write.

You will work in a team that ships fast with agents, where your leverage comes from judgment and systems thinking rather than typing speed. You will get access to whatever AI tools you need (Cursor, Claude Code, or anything else that makes you effective), and the freedom to use them aggressively. We are seeking a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Product Designer – UI/UX Expert who can combine user-centered design expertise with strategic product thinking. This role goes beyond creating beautiful interfaces — you will be responsible for crafting end-to-end product experiences that align with business goals, user needs, and technology capabilities.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of conversational and AI-powered experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are not only visually stunning but also intuitive, impactful, and scalable.

• →Brainstorm and bring new ideas to create/improve user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect designs that simplify complex interactions.
• →Conduct user studies, product research, and usability testing to inform design decisions
• →Take design concepts from ideation to final handoff, ensuring consistency across platforms.
• →Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to roll out pixel-perfect, production-ready designs.
• →Build and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across verticals.
• →Translate complex product requirements (including conversational & AI-powered experiences) into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• →Understand the entire customer journey, product data and craft experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and future-ready which customers love.
