About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - South Indy is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
Assist with medication reminders and follow individualized care plans

Requirements:

Previous caregiving, home health aide, or personal care experience preferred
Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-first attitude
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to work independently and follow detailed care plans
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
