ComForCare Home Care is seeking caring and dependable Personal Care Aides to join our team serving clients in the Greensboro, NC area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support to remain safe and comfortable at home.

We offer flexible scheduling across day, evening, and overnight shifts — perfect for those looking to balance work with other personal or professional commitments.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time | Days, Evenings & Overnight Shifts Available

Responsibilities

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion
Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to the care coordinator

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, active car insurance and registration REQUIRED
One year of prior caregiving is required
