We are now hiring a strategic leader to serve as the Director of Employment Supports for Arizona. The Director of Employment Services reports to the State Director and provides leadership and oversight for the organization's Traditional Supported Employment and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. This role supports youth and adults with significant disabilities in achieving competitive integrated employment through high-quality, person-centered services. The Director ensures program excellence, regulatory compliance, strong community partnerships, and positive employment outcomes. *This position will be based out of Phoenix, but requires weekly travel to our Tucson office

Starting Salary: $65,000

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Supported Employment and Pre-ETS programs.
Supervise, coach, and develop employment services staff.
Ensure compliance with program standards, documentation, and reporting requirements.
Build partnerships with employers, schools, Vocational Rehabilitation, and community agencies.
Monitor program performance, budgets, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
Support strategic planning and program growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, Business, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of five years of leadership experience in employment, vocational rehabilitation, or disability services.
Knowledge of Supported Employment, Pre-ETS, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
