About the Role

A Facilities Intern at Augmedix Bangladesh will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative functions and play a pivotal role in observing, analyzing, documenting, and preparing a Facilities manual. This internship offers valuable insight into the world of Facility Management and a chance to contribute to our organization's efficiency and productivity.

You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to monitor facility operations, track expenses, maintain documentation, and identify process improvements. This role requires strong attention to detail, coordination skills, and a proactive mindset to address operational needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Shadow and observe the day-to-day activities of the Facilities Department.

  • Collaborate with department members to gather relevant data and insights.

  • Assist in core operations as assigned by the supervisor

  • Assist in managing facilities inventory and monitoring daily consumptions

  • Manage outsourced resources

  • Assist in managing the dispatch facility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a relevant field.

  • Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

  • Good documentation and reporting ability.

  • Basic understanding of maintenance processes and office infrastructure management.

  • Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft G-Suit / Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for minor equipment issues.

  • Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

  • Shift Detail: Hybrid Shift, (3:00 PM BST - 12:00 AM BST)

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
