We currently have an opening in our Order Entry & Revenue Recognition located at our India Center of Excellence in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should possess general knowledge of accounting principles for accurate order entry and proper revenue recognition. The candidate will work both with local staff in office and remotely with colleagues around the globe. This role will report to the Associate Manager of Finance. This role involves providing support during US shift hours.

• →Manage the SaaS orders case queue, ensuring timely response, resolution, and routing of requests in line with defined SLAs.
• →Provide pre‑sales and post‑sales support for SaaS order provisioning, including license changes, swaps, extensions, and de‑provisioning based on approved purchase orders and agreements.
• →Support global sales order booking and provisioning, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details across systems.
• →Review purchase orders and contracts for pricing, billing, and revenue‑related considerations; escalate discrepancies as needed.
• →Coordinate with Sales, customers and cross‑functional teams to resolve order, provisioning, and billing queries.
• →Prepare customer invoices, including accurate application of sales tax/VAT/GST in accordance with regional requirements.
• →Support invoice review and approvals, ensuring alignment with contractual terms and internal controls.
• →Maintain accurate documentation and system records to support month‑end close, audits, and compliance.
• →Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives aimed at improving accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• Good communication skills both written and oral
