Looking for a meaningful career supporting individuals on their mental health recovery journey? Join our residential team providing hands-on support to adults with chronic mental health conditions, helping them build independence and thrive in their community.

As a Behavioral Technician, (Internal title: Residential Support Specialist) you’ll provide direct, person-centered care in a supervised residential setting. You'll use strength-based strategies to encourage wellness, independence, and recovery across all areas of daily living.
