Support Recovery Through Integrated Care – Join Our Co-Occurring Specialist Team
As an Co-Occuring Disorders Counselor (Internal Title: ITCD Specialist), you’ll be part of a collaborative team that focuses on treating the whole person—addressing both behavioral health and substance use through a unified, trauma-informed approach. You’ll provide individualized support, education, and counseling to help clients move toward lasting recovery and wellness.
About the ITCD Program:
The Integrated Treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (ITCD) program provides specialized, person-centered care for individuals experiencing both mental health and substance use disorders. Through a holistic, team-based approach, the program focuses on treating the whole person—not just symptoms—by integrating behavioral health and addiction services into a unified treatment plan.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a heart for recovery work, strong clinical skills, and a desire to serve individuals in rural communities with complex needs. If you’re passionate about integrated care and want to be part of a strengths-based, mission-driven program, this role is a strong match.
