The Employment Specialist provides individualized, community-based employment support to adults navigating behavioral health challenges. In this role, you’ll partner with individuals to identify their strengths, explore career opportunities, and build the skills and confidence needed to obtain and maintain competitive employment—all while supporting their overall wellness and recovery journey.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is energized by working in the community, enjoys building relationships with employers and community partners, and is passionate about helping others achieve independence through meaningful work.
