The Associate Cloud Identity Operations Associate is an entry-level cybersecurity and cloud operations role within the Security Enablement, Applications, and Services team. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of cloud identity and access management (IAM) services that protect Conga's cloud infrastructure, applications, and users.
The role will focus on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access governance, and operational support of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and cloud access management processes. Because Conga operates a multi-cloud environment, Microsoft Entra ID serves as the central identity plane governing access into a multi-cloud environment— this role supports identity operations across that broader ecosystem. Over time, the position serves as a development path into the Cloud Operations team, providing foundational expertise in cloud security, cloud platforms, and infrastructure operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career cybersecurity or cloud professional looking to build deep expertise in cloud identity, access management, and security operations.

- Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) administration and troubleshooting.
- Assist with Conditional Access policy operations.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations and access management activities.
- Support monitoring of non-human identities — app registrations, service principals, managed identities, and workload identity federation — used for cross-cloud, service-to-service authentication.
- Monitor synchronization health and investigate identity-related issues.
- Execute role-based access control (RBAC) processes.
- Assist with periodic access reviews and user entitlement certifications.
- Validate least-privilege access assignments.
- Participate in remediation of inappropriate or excessive access.
