As a Sr. Analytics Analyst at Conga, you will play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions across the organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to analyze performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll build and maintain dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, and help standardize reporting across the business. You’ll also contribute to improving data quality, consistency, and accessibility as part of our broader analytics strategy.

At Conga, our ability to make fast, informed decisions depends on accurate and actionable data. The Sr. Analytics Analyst plays a critical role in delivering insights that drive performance across key areas such as pipeline, revenue, customer retention, and product usage.

This role helps create visibility and accountability across the organization by ensuring stakeholders have access to consistent, reliable reporting. Beyond reporting, this position contributes to identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency—helping the business prioritize effectively and operate with greater precision.

The impact of this role extends from day-to-day decision-making to supporting leadership with the insights needed to guide strategy and execution.

Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar
Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data modeling and analysis
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Experience supporting GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) with performance reporting and insights
Ability to define, track, and analyze KPIs across different parts of the business

Strong ability to perform deep-dive analyses and uncover actionable insights
Experience with root-cause analysis and data validation

Ability to identify inefficiencies in reporting and implement scalable solutions
Experience standardizing reports and improving data consistency

Understanding of data integrity and the importance of clean, reliable datasets
Experience working with teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.

The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements. In these occasional cases, we will communicate the revised salary range to the candidate during the selection process.
