As the Head of Engineering, India, you’ll lead strategic direction and execution of COE AI initiatives across the organization with focus in Quality Engineering. You’ll build and lead a high-performing team that will continue to drive AI innovations across the Quality Engineering Teams. You’ll work to translate opportunities for innovation into actionable roadmaps, lead design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business growth.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive AI strategy in Quality Engineering/ Quality Assurance to drive Conga’s vision, objectives, and growth. As The Revenue Lifecycle company, we continue to innovate and evolve – you’ll be a catalyst for AI innovation, the success of our customers, and shaping the future of Conga.
