Our client is the Asset Management division of an international Swiss bank in Zurich. We are looking for a German-speaking audit specialist (m, f, d) as a

Lead or support risk- and system-oriented audits of the bank's asset management and advise on risk management issues / Plan and perform audits and risk-based tests of controls and provide autonomous assessments of financial, business and control processes and related IT systems / Critical and objective audits for banking operations, trading and asset management, risk management and IT from an expert, balanced and risk-based perspective / Evaluate risks and assess the efficiency of processes and effectiveness of controls / Write audit reports and recommendations based on the findings / Provide best practice advice to line managers and oversee the implementation of recommendations / Build trust and good working relationships / Ongoing interaction with the Head of Internal Audit, presenting audit findings to the Audit Committee with developing insights / Contribute to annual planning for the Head of Internal Audit / Further develop audit programs or audit related topics and associated audit procedures / Participate in committees of the Bank.

Bachelor or Master in Economics / CIA, CISA, Certified Public Accountant, also ‘Fraud Examiner’ / Experience as an internal and/or external auditor in a bank, asset manager or in auditing / Professional experience in 2nd or 3rd line of defense (business or/and IT) / Interest Data Analytics and with leading audits / Audit experience in complex organizations / Interest in working with minimum supervision and finding fit-for-purpose solutions / Strong analytical and conceptual skills / Knowledge of auditing standards, the principles of internal control processes and the evaluation of results / Knowledge of audit methodology and audit trends / Excellent communication and problem-solving skills / Drafting and facilitation skills / Negotiation and persuasion skills / Confident appearance, self-starter and team player / German (C2/1) and English.
