C++ Developer (Middle | Low-Latency Systems)

We’re hiring a Middle C++ Developer to join a technology-driven trading company scaling its low-latency infrastructure and market connectivity systems.

This role sits at the core of latency-sensitive trading infrastructure.

• Design and implement new market connectivity components

• Improve existing high-load C++ applications

• Optimize systems for lower latency and higher throughput

• Maintain stability and operational excellence of core infrastructure

• Collaborate with Python engineers, data teams, and trading operations

Direct impact on system speed, reliability, and trading performance.

• 3–4+ years of software development experience in modern C++

• Experience with high-load, low-latency systems

• Strong understanding of algorithms & data structures

• Solid networking fundamentals (APIs, sockets, real-time protocols)

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Fluent English

• Open to relocation to Dubai

• Experience in trading / HFT environments

• Exposure to distributed systems

• Familiarity with market connectivity protocols

• Experience with cloud or observability tooling

• Basic Python knowledge
